Accommodation in the village of Listvyanka

The conference venue will be the conference halls of the Pribaikalskaya Hotel (62nd km of the Baikal Highway, building 1) and the conference hall of the Baikal Museum of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Listvyanka, 1 Akademicheskaya Street). Participants can travel to the venue independently or as part of a group with a centralized check-in on July 5, 2026. The preliminary organized departure time from Irkutsk from the Akademicheskaya Hotel (271a Lermontov Street) to Listvyanka is 12:30 p.m. Participants planning an independent arrival are advised to check the schedule in advance and book tickets on the website avtovokzal-on-line.ru. Departure is from the bus station.

When contacting us, please provide your contact phone number. Once your reservation is confirmed, payment will be made using the provided details. Room reservations require a 50% prepayment; rooms are filled as requests are received. The remaining balance is due no later than June 25, 2026.

Accommodation options:

Main building. Single standard – 2370 rubles/day; Double with separate beds – 4230 rubles/day (based on double occupancy); Family with double bed and sofa – 5430 rubles/day (based on single occupancy), 5505 rubles/day (based on double occupancy) and 6430 rubles/day (based on triple occupancy).

Additional housing. usiness with separate beds and a sofa – 5515 rubles/day (based on single occupancy), 5590 rubles/day (based on double occupancy), 6515 rubles/day (based on triple occupancy); Junior Suite with a double bed and a sofa – 6450 rubles/day (based on single occupancy), 6525 rubles/day (based on double occupancy), 7450 rubles/day (based on triple occupancy). Extra bed in the room – 1250 rubles per person.

The price is per room for July 2026 and includes breakfast. An additional breakfast costs 500 rubles. Lunch and dinner are available at special prices for conference participants (reservations must be made in advance). Approximate cost: lunch – 1100 rubles per person, dinner – 900 rubles per person.
